The wine bar opens in April 2011 and slowly earns a place of respect in the food and wine scene of the territory. At the moment the Enoteca offers about 250 wine labels exclusively from Puglia, all available by the glass or take away. All wines are independently selected by us among the best wine Puglia offers. Our wines are paired to both cold and hot dishes served in small tasting portions so as to allow our customer to discover the raw materials of our land. We have a maniac focus in the selection of the starting products and the freshness of the raw materials. We care you enjoy your rest to us and please, tell us if there is something we can improve in.
